Limits on the world supply of oil, land, water — no problem. Limits on the amount of CO2 we can emit — total disaster.

O proposto é uma revisitação das propostas de Keynes para Bretton Woods, que nunca foram devidamente consideradas, dada a posição de inferioridade da Grã Bretanha, devedora dos EUA, na altura dos acordos.

Algo que George Monbiot, citado lá mais abaixo, prescrevia no seu "Age of Consent" que tive o prazer de ler.
